Strategic partners: There are multiple strategic partners of McDonald’s. McDonald’s stores offer all the beverage products by Coca-Cola. Hence, Coca-Cola is a beverage partner of McDonald’s. Often McDonald’s outlets are visible at Walmart. A strong strategic relationship with Walmart helps the company to grow its number of outlets (Nassauer, 2021).
