of technology in the arena of healthcare industry has made the process of healthcare delivery more efficient and easier. It has also considerably brought an improvement in diagnosis and treatment of patients. In addition to that, technological advancement in the healthcare industry has enabled the health practitioners to store and retrieve records of patient data. It has also thoroughly enhanced the communication of patient data between the patient and the healthcare centre in a legible format which can be accessed by each party. As a result of this, there are lesser instances of diagnostic errors. According to Malwade et al. (2018), integration of technology has increased the pace of treatment and therefore, reduced the incidents of delayed diagnosis and treatment.
