Introduction
Community Housing organizati
ons are set up by the government to help people with various problems, such as in finding a suitable accommodations to live. They have workers known as housing workers employed by community agencies/non-profits but sometimes working directly for a specific level of government, who are able to help clients in finding housing and supporting them with the related services that are part of that process (Byrne et al., 2019). They counsel their clients in all aspects to make them feel better and help them so they can live a happy and stress free life.
Outline of the Case
John a worker in community housing organization supported her client Kristina. During their professional conversations, they find out that both are of same age and share common interests such as food. John helped Kristina in finding independent accommodation and after that, she was not considered as a client of Community housing organization.
After some time she met John in his office and told him about her new job in entertainment industry. She invited John for a date as she receives free expensive vouchers from her office and also they share common interest for food. This will make both of them confuse about each other personality and it will end up in severe mess, which is professionally not suitable for John.

Not all ethical boundaries are problematic except few. It can lead to conflict of interests. It can cause unintentional harm to client. These crossing come with grey area such as accepting favors in form of dinner or sharing your personal life (Harrington & Dolgoff, 2008).
Duty of care suggests that John is responsible to foresee any kind of injury or harm, which can be caused to Kristina because of accepting proposal from her side apart from professional level. He needs to understand that his any irresponsible act can lead to risks and he should maintain the standard of his service by anticipating such risks. He should also show such behavior from his way of dealing with clients.
John is accountable towards security and privacy for Kristina. He should ensure that he is not friends with her on any social platform such as Facebook or dating sites. This can lead to harm of reputation among other clients. He should also make Kristina aware about the same so that he can also be careful at professional level.
As John was caseworker for Kristina, during their conversations he shared his interests like taste for food. This sharing of personal information should not be felt awkward when Kristina asks for date, as John should in his full capability needs to maintain that what information about him he should share so that...
