Introduction
Leadership is an art of guiding people. It is an act of guiding employee to achieve common goal. It is a process of leading, directing and making strategy for the organisation so those employee goals align with organisation goal. Now a day’s leaders face many challenges while guiding and motivation among employee. The biggest challenge today is integration. Today where most of the organisation is following workforce diversity culture, employee belongs to different background, beliefs and perspective (Salazar, Herndon, Vail, Zuckerman & Gelberman, 2018).
Key Challenges
They all work together and it is difficult to respect everyone’s opinion and manage to achieve one common objective. Develop managerial skills, evaluate them from time to time, analysis factors, and make best out of it. They keep their team motivated even in the hardest time, hardest time is important. Leaders who be with their team in rough times and successfully motivate as well as encourage them are true leaders.
