A program is required that reads in a single file and:1      Reports the times and blood sugar levels of any measurements that were above 7.8 mmol/L or below 4.0 mmol/L.2      Reports the times and average blood sugar levels for any given 2 hour period in which the average blood sugar was greater than 5.9 mmol/L.The measurements in the files were taken every 10 minutes over a period of 24 hours, i.e. there are 144 measurements in each file
