The following is a recipe for a culture media referred to as supplemented media: RPMI-1640 Culture Media 2 mM L-glutamine 50 mug/ml gentamicin 25 mM Hopes When 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) is added to supplemented media, it becomes complete media. See Appendix for more Information about media components I have purchased 1X RPMI-1640. L-glutamine (200 mM), Hepes (1 M), Gentamicin (50 mg/ml), and FBS. How much of each would 1 add to make the following: 200 mL of supplemented media? 150 mL of complete media? (Use some of your supplemented media.)
