Exercise 1: Continuous Improvement Plan
· Improvement is justified in this case because different individuals handling a single client have resulted in the cause of different complaints and inappropriate business processes.
· Change is needed in organisational management in order to improve the process of operations and at the same time ensure a strategic objective fulfilment within the organisation.
· The primary goal would be to allocate a set of employees for handling a particular customer base. The secondary goal would be to implement specific strategies and time-bound practices for specific teams within the organisation. The third goal, in this case, would be to segregate and develop a separate team for handling the customers, which are different from that of the team handling the clients. The initial target, in this case, would be to serve the clients with the utmost dedication and commitment for maximum business productivity.
· A leadership role would be recommended for handling different teams with individual leaders. Each member of the team will have different responsibilities, which would then be managed by the team leader based on the strategies developed by the organisational management (Danilova, 2019).
· Open communication and honest communication would be required within the organisation to ensure a positive flow of information and to manage the specific requirements of the clients.
· The major benefits of the change would include a greater amount of sales and an increased level of communication with the clients. This would ultimately lead to better business collaboration with the client.
