1. Introduction
Human resource management is one of the strategic management of the organisational structure. In that context, it can be mentioned that the human resources management process is adopting by the organisation in case of the strategic management of the overall activities within the organisation. Thus in the basic context, human resource management is denoting the strategic management of the people who are associated with the organisational work practices. Furthermore, human resource management is playing an important role in the case of the overall activity of the organisation. Through the proper implementation of the human resource, management within the organisational structure the management of the company can be able to take competitive advantages within the existing market.
Moreover, the human resource management is helping the organisation in case of making the performance structure of the employees within the organisation. This current project is discussing human resource management and its importance within the organisational structure. There is also the discussion of the recruitment process of the employees based on human resource management strategies. Thus, the discussion part is also discussing the mistakes that are associated with the recruitment process of the applicants. The role of senior leaders is also discussed in the discussion.
2. Overview of the External Recruitment
In the case of the selection, process of the applicant in terms of the recruitment from the outside world is noted as the external recruitment. In that context, it can be mentioned that within the external recruitment process the organisation cannot be able to recruit its candidates from the existing employees of their organisation. Thus, the external recruitment process in terms of the vacant places of the organisation is requiring the involvement process of the external factor within it (Albats & Fiegenbaum, 2016).
Because of the external recruitment process, the organisation is trying to find new talent in order to foster their organisational work practices. In that regards the organisation are arranging the interview process in order to select the eligible candidates from the pool of applicants. The external recruitment process is associated with the various external recruitment processes. Based on this external recruitment process, the organisation is trying to target the audience who they want to attract in terms of their recruitment process. Furthermore, within the involvement process of the external interview process, the organisation is trying to differentiate the applicants who are applying for the interview process in different categories or sections. The organisation have divided the groups of the applicants into two sections are such as active and passive. In that context, it can be mentioned that the candidates who are targeted by the organisation with the direct format are noted as the active candidate.
On the other hand, the applicants who are targeted by the organisation with the involvement of the indirect manner are noted as the passive candidate. Moreover, the differentiation process of the applicants within two distinct groups can help the organisation in terms of the selection of the eligible applicants through the interview. The involvement of the differentiation process of the applicant's bin different sections is helping the organisation in order to perform the overall external interview process with the easiest format.
