The Skills Audit is also performed within the organisation to understand the knowledge, skills and abilities of the employees. The main purpose of the Skills Audit is to improve the knowledge and the skills of the employees within the organisation (Carey et al. 2017).
The Skills Audit helps in developing the skills plans in personal sphere as well. It enhances the personality of san employees. The Skill Audit also makes sure that the production of the employee is increased with great height and the organisation makes profit out of it.
What is a Personal SWOT Analysis?
SWOT stands for Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threat. Personal SWOT Analysis refers to identification of the personal strengths and weaknesses. It also involves in identifying the situations, which possess as an opportunity or the situation, which act as a threat to the individuals. The SWOT Analysis helps the individuals in developing themselves as per the given situation and develops more for the future opportunities and threats (Issayev et al. 2018). The Personal SWOT Analysis is a measurement of the present situations of the individuals. It helps the individuals to understand his or her shortcomings and enable the individuals to act on such.
What do you understand by CPD?
CPD stands for the Continuing Personal Development. This is a process, in which the individual is engaged in the process of continuously trying to develop or progress their skills and knowledge. It is a self-evaluation process. Through this process, the individual or the employees can self-evaluate and understand where his or her present situation is. On understanding this, the individual can work upon the drawbacks and learn new things. The process of the CPD also involves the recording of the things learnt. This leads to the future referencing of the skills or knowledge that have been acquired by the individuals (Grant, 2017).
What is a Personal Development Plan?
The personal development stands for an elaborate plan that is being drawn out on the bass of the individual's aspirations and aims. This is a plan for the self-evaluation process. The personal development gives the blueprint of the further plans and aspirations for the individuals. This is a plan where the individuals draws a self-evaluating plan and sees the potential on how to work on the further plans. In the personal development plan, the goals are being set by the individuals. Within the various goals, the individuals need to prioritise the most important and urgent goals and find out the potentials that are required for them to act upon achieving the goals. The personal development plan also gives a detailed study of the opportunities and the threats that are visible in the path of achieving the goals (Grit, 2019).
Why is it important to evaluate and reflect on a PDP?
PDP or personal development plan stands for evaluating the process of developing the skills and knowledge of the individuals. The personal development judges the opportunities and the threats that are evident in the market and then come into conclusion that which professional goals can be carried forward by the individuals. It is very important to evaluate and reflect on PDP because the personal development plan acts as a stepping-stone towards achieving the goals. It is important to reflect the personal development plan because it shows on how well the individual is actually working on the structured plan. The process of the evaluation is even necessary because it measures how much the personal development plan has helped in attaining the desired goals for the individual (Lejeune et al. 2018).

The most important skills of an HR are to communicate with the employees. The communication helps in understanding the needs of the employees and conveying the needs of the organisation and vice versa. The communication relieves the employees of the ambiguity in understanding of the work. The employees look up to the HRE as the problem solver for them. It is the HR, who bridges the gap between the organisation and the employees. The HR needs to have clarity in the communication to make sure that the newly appointed employees are not in dilemma with their work. This would not only affect the personality of the employees but also the production level of the organisation would go down a lot (Kianto et al. 2017).
