Ans 1:  As per the definition given by the Project Management Institute (PMI), “A methodology is defined as a system of practices, techniques, procedures, and rules used by those who work in a discipline.” As I am more inclined towards the Information Technology (IT) industry, the methodologies that I have chosen are oriented heavily towards that industry though I have tried to include methodologies that find their use in traditional industries as well e.g. Construction.
