Different Diverse Groups Includes Diversity on the Basis of-
Culture- culturally diverse groups portray the custom, beliefs and the way of living of the members of the groups.
Language- language diversity portrays that people have different language as their way of communication.
Religion- religiously diverse group consists of the members, who are inclined towards their religion firmly.
Disability- disability is the diverse groups of the individuals, who have some physical or mental health issues.

Discrimination
Discrimination, which is one of the most prominent social biases, may affect the mental health of the employees. Mental stress pushes the employees towards depression, loss of self-control, anxiety disorders and in the severe cases may force the employees to commit suicide. Discrimination in the workplace is carried on the basis of colour, caste, creed, religion as well as the nationality. Discrimination leads to negative performance of the employees as well as the organization. It impacts the employees by reducing job performance and lowering the job satisfaction.
Discrimination in the workplace can be improved by treating all the employees equally. The company policies should be strictly governed to reduce discrimination. Creating a diverse workplace is the best way to reduce the discrimination in the workplace (May et al., 2019).

Non-Judgemental Practice
Non-judgemental practice is a way to accept the people primarily with whom we disagree at any stance. Non-judgemental practice helps a person to ignore all the biasness and discrimination and accept the things or the people without judging their priorities. The non-judgemental practice helps an individual to focus, on what is said rather than who said it. Non-judgemental practice sticks firmly to the understanding that not everyone exaggerates the same types of values and beliefs, it also focuses on amending any errant belief if it is required in any of the situation. The non-judgemental practice restricts people from making moral judgements.
The prime values, which may affect the non-judgemental practice includes religions followed by a person, their family or the community, life events, cultures and traditions, education, media, political beliefs as well as the lifestyle choices. These personal values of an individual prominently affect their judgement.
