You should reflect on your learning, your own research, and your previous case studies within this unit. Complete the following project tasks, and submit all required documentation. You are required to submit a plan, a presentation and a recording. Task 1 Using the scenario presented in the case study, you are now asked to explain to a new group of employees your business’s customer service delivery practices. Plan and document a presentation for these new employees. You may choose to prepare your presentation as a PowerPoint presentation. Your presentation must include the following: · The procedures that should be followed to work with customers to identify their needs and how these procedures will be implemented · Questions you might ask to help build networks and match customer needs with available products/services · How staff can help customers with evaluating products and services and prioritising preferences · Information customers should provide and how agreement will be reached · Legislative and ethical requirements · How to identify potential areas of difficulty in customer service delivery, and appropriate action to take · Explaining customer rights and responsibilities · What records should be kept Task 2 Deliver your presentation to your group of new employees. Make a visual and audio recording of the presentation and submit the recording with the project. You may need to compress the file (e.g. Zip) and submit via MyeCampus, or use Drop Box, ensure you submit the DropBox link with the assessment documents for the assessor to access.
