The narrative source has been chosen for the Research. The essay chosen for the research is “Walk This Way” by Samhita Mukhopadhyay.

Summary
In this particular essay the author constructed about the benefits of walking as the car
diovascular exercise. She deliberately pointed out that walking is not just the cardiovascular exercise that boosts immunity but it also lowers the stress and anxiety and depression by improving cognitive abilities within the individual. This particular essay narrated the aspects that the author had faced during the current time due to the spread of pandemic. It was obvious from her direction that exercise is not just having a healthy lifestyle and good wellbeing but it also nurtures the mental health and anxieties that a person is facing. The author narrated the advantage of walking that she recognise while being isolated during the pandemic. The author was also facing a psychological crisis because of her mother who had to take chemotherapy. She admits that America underwent a walking revolution during the pandemic. It was obvious from the survey that 53% of the sample interrogated walk for more than 5 miles per day. It is obvious from his narration that even celebrities have taken to walking because of the health and the mental benefits derived from the particular cardiovascular exercise. Music celebrities like Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez launched walking playlist for motivating walking among the American citizens. The essay presented by the author deliberately points out the benefits of walking not only owes to the physical health but is also beneficial for the mental health. The experts have pointed out that workers usually have low rates of stress, anxiety, depression and improved cognition. It has also been studied that walking mends cognitive impairment and improves the health of the brain as people gets older. The essay effectively elaborated the stories about walking habits that was developed during the pandemic which helped them to manage anxiety and improve mental health conditions.

The narrative that is elaborate represented by author is truthful because of the stories that have been presented through the entire narratives. It is obvious that the author has used some of the figures of publications of certain survey that was conducted. These quantitative figures like the comparison of statistics of previous years make the narrative as a much more reliable and truthful. The uses of direct quotations of the individuals from the public institutions also increase the viability of the narrative that has been presented by the author. The author had also used the connection and names of well known celebrities like Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez which proves the viability of the essay. The author has also elaborated the Views From personalities of public Institutions like Centers for Disease Control and Prevention which makes this narrative truthful important and is viable to the present...
