1. Choose one form of diversity that you would like to focus on (for that, you need to come to Workshop 7 – next week).


2. Choose a company (Australian or international - as long as the information about the company is in English).


3. Investigate their website with the view of the form of diversity you focus on: Do they have a policy regarding that diversity? Do they have a diversity officer, diversity workshops, diversity goals in their mission?


4. Then check other resources that are not on their website. Remember, you need to analyse and evaluate their diversity policies and actions (practice) so you can’t just consult their website. Check of they won any diversity awards, are there any complaints about them, etc.


5. You can also compare their policy to that of another company that it well known for their excellence in diversity.


6. For the analysis: a good start would be comparing their policies and practice – are they aligned or not?


7. Come up with suggestions for improvement in the area of diversity for your chosen company.


8. Make notes. Remember your video can only be 7 minutes long (including the introduction and the closing comments).



9. Format: Ideally, you can share the screen so I can see you and your power point slides. Alternatively, you can have power points with your voice over. In both cases, please show your reference on the last power point slide of your video.
