1.There are a lot of ‘real life’ application of the gas laws , we encounter them in our day to day life. Syringes, Breathing process, biycle pump to fill up the tyres, bursting of inflated balloon, spray paints containers etc.
· So , the most simple application that we can observe in our own body is while we breathe. When we breathe in air(inhale), the chest wall expands increasing the volume of the chest cavity,so the pressure inside the lings decreases .As a result, outside air moves into the lungs. When the diaphragm rises and you exhale, the chest wall contracts and lead to decrease in the volume of the chest cavity and the pressure inside the lungs increases, thereby expelling the air. Here as the volume varies the pressure varies too. This brings about the inspiration and expiration. This happens automatically and involuntarily in our...
