Introduction
The purpose of this report is to analyse the external and internal environment of the organisation that plays significant effects on the relationship with their stakeholders. Similarly, an analysis of the strategic leadership of the organisation is also recognised as the purpose of this report. Qantas is a recognised organisation; however, external and internal environments also affect its operational activities. The report includes PESTLE and Five Force Model to execute internal and external environment of this organisation. The outcomes of this report execute the factors that the organisation pays key attention to managing the heir operational and ethical practices towards its stakeholder.

The corporate social responsibility is the term that conducts with the social responsibility of corporate organisations. However, it becomes one of the prior operational activities of many organisations in the globe. A kind of international private business regulation policies aims to provide social development. On the other hand, CSR is also recognised as the international policies that execute ethical practices of corporate organisations. CSR is a type of self-regulation policies of any organisation that suggest investment for social development and growth. CSR is also recognised as corporate citizenship as refers development of the population of the society. In this context, organisations can take some social responsibilities such as education, health and other aspects that help them to grow their reputations in the global market. It can be defined as an ordinary course of the business that helps the organisation grow its business. However, this policy often helps them to attract their stakeholders towards their company (Maryani, 2018).
On the other hand, managerial ethics refers to the prior objective of any business that uses to set up moral principles of an organisation. It also has a great effect on the behaviour of employees. Managerial ethics suggest for the execution of right things for employees, customers. It helps the organisation to enhance the growth of performance. The ethical management of the organisation focuses to maximise organisational profitability within the moral and ethical values of the organisation. The ethical manger of the organisation pays attention to set up their operational activities according to the ethical values of their employees. They develop such a development program for their employees and set up some ethical principles that they can grow employees’ goodwill. Ethical management is the term that affects the legal stand for any company that plays a significant role to set up the reputation of the organisation. However, the overall performance and the productivity of the organisation are also depending on the managerial ethics such as honesty, fairness and integrity (Carr 2019).
It has been observed after a thorough observation that there are several organisations are there in the world that helped this corporate social responsibility and managerial ethics in their premises for the betterment of their organisation such as Qantas.
The group management of Qantas is conducted with 11 senior managers of the organisation. The chief executive of the organisation is Alan Joyce. Apart from this, Andrew David, Gareth Evans, recognised as the top managers who practice material ethics and corporate social responsibilities.
The authority of Qantas attracts their suppliers, customers, employees and creditors through these policies.
