Introduction
This report deals with the reference of five articles that describes the importance of the different types of diversities within an organisation. In this era, the presence of diversity within a business organisation is very important to retain a good relationship between the employees and the higher authorities. In this way, the employees can feel less pressure and they also feel comfortable within the organi
sational premises. This has a very positive effect on the different organisational environments and the workforce quality provided by the employees. This article will appear as proof of why the cultural, workplace and geographical diversity is needed within the different business organisations.

This paper spreads awareness about the cultural and diversities and their impact on the employees and the productivity level of the organisation. The researcher has opted for both primary and secondary data collection methods to collect all the data required for this particular article. There is a survey conducted by the researcher, through which the perception of the employees can be understood. Through the secondary data collection method all the existing data, records about the importance of cultural diversity can be recorded in this research paper (Hunt et al. 2018).
It concludes on the fact that the management and leaders need to focus on the different diversity factors of the organisation for serving the beneficial factors. The paper is very much reliable due to all the authentic references and the paper is very much relevant too to implement proper organisational behaviour.
