Report Format

Specifically you should:

Ensure your report is concise: 1000 words. This word count includes title page and TOC. It does not include appendices. (Note: a 10% variance is acceptable.)

Present the report in a professional, business format with no spelling or grammatical errors.

Use appropriate headings and subheadings throughout the body of the report.

Align text using full justification.

Use double or 1.5 spacing

Include a page header with a suitably formatted title (the header must not appear on the title page).

Include a page footer with your name, id number and page number (the footer must not appear on the title page).

Include at least two charts – which you have created - either in the body of your report (appropriately labelled) or as an appendix at the end of the report. The material in the charts must be discussed as part of the paper.

In an appendix include screen shots of calculations which you have used to assist in your analysis.

Introduction
In this report, we first discussed the case study. The case stud of Melbourne small second hand car yard, the name of car yard is “Pete’s cheap car sales”. The business is owned by Victoria. Peter and Alaa Moffet and also car yard is leased by them. The main motto of this business is at a cheap price, sale great car. The work of selecting and buying car at auction is done by peter and also organized the cleaning, repairs and certificate of road worthiness. The account, marketing and HR these department are managed by Alan. For the purpose of handle sales, four sales staff are employed by them and also assisted with administration. This have both type of customer means fleet and private customer.
Peter hired me as business analyst to help to increase profit and buy profitable vehicles. He also gave you sales details of last six month so that I can solve this dilemma. He also needs a recommendation to achieve the goal of increasing profit and also reducing the turnover time of vehicle.
He has needed a Business report to analyses two main points. These are: performance of staff regarding promotion, options related to the change in range of Cars.
Analysis of report
Here, as a business analyst, I studied the case study of “Pete’s Cheap Car sales”. It sales the second hand car at very cheap price.  Profit is the main concerned of peter over last two months. He saw, in his car yard, the selling of some cars quickly but some cars are sitting in car yard for long time. There is no sales pattern trend he has to sell this idle car quickly.
