This is the second time I am inquiring about order number

117203. I PAID for this assignment and still cannot access it. It says I have an open balance but I do not. You sent me a link to pay for this because I was having so many issues paying with your website. Now I cannot send you messages via chat because all previous correspondence has disappeared and I am unable to send you any messages in chat. Someone emailed me saying to click a certain link to get the solution. When I clicked the link it just took me back to your website where I am having all of these issues. Again, I have PAID for this assignemt. Can you email me the file directly? Your website is not working at all.
