As per the details provided in the network diagram and the matrix, the Normal Cost is $2075 for activity A to G. To calculate the expedite cost slope for activities A to G we have used the formula of (Normal Cost – Crash Cost) ÷ (Normal Time – Crash Time). Expedite cost slope is extremely important as it is used to calculate the minimum cost that is used to evaluate the critical paths. The below are the critical paths as per the above network diagram that can be derived.
