Ans2 Demographics describes "who" is the purchaser of the product or service while on the other hand psychographics highlight "why" a particular section of person buy. Demographics details involves age of buyer, gender, income, relationship status. Business like restaurants can only successful if one can effectively influence the target audience when demographics and psychographics. The blend of both the data segments provides foundation to build buyer persona. It explains a detailed prospective of the target audience and how would they continue to highlight in future. Although demographic profile explained in the blog, "How Demographics Are Affecting Restaurant Sales" is different from my personal demographic details. Nevertheless, individuals who have same demographic does not really mean that have the same psychographic inclination. Essentially meaning they could have difference in habits, preferences, values and interests. For instance, demographics of profile mentioned is of female who is age ranges between 45 to 65 years and married with children. However, I am 22 years old who has just started the career and have low earning potential. Nevertheless, we both have similar to psychographic profiles. For instance, both is us is concerned about health and appearance. We both are inclined towards career and value for money. Hence, a business especially restaurant industries...
