Introduction:
Privacy of employees is one of the most common subjects today in terms of workplace conditions. Most employers now track their staff for lawsuits and legal proceedings in inquiries. Although employees may argue that this constitutes a breach of their privacy rights, such monitoring is leg
ally allowed (Wugmeister and Lyon, 2009). In particular, technology has allowed employers to monitor their workplace and to provide insights into their actions and behavior. Computer and workstation monitoring, e-mail monitoring, phone control, GPS tracking of client vehicles and audio and video surveillance are the forms workers are tracked by their employers. Social Media Monitoring may also violate employee privacy – Many organizations have social media policies in place which restrict content which may be published through the network sites of an employee. Data privacy for workers is one of the basic concepts of a healthy workplace. Data protection for employees helps workers to feel safe at work. Therefore, they will function well without fear or interruption. This usually ensures improved efficiency. Nevertheless, the privacy of employees is limited. The procedures enforced by the employer to ensure that workers operate efficiently are part of the limitations. The employee's manual governs these policies. Security for employees can be harmful to the company if not sufficiently maintained or under-managed. Employees will profit from their independence, thereby underperforming or committing theft and stealing. This paper discusses the point of the supporter and the resolution of confidentiality in the working environment.

Companies should control their employees so that they do not take action that can harm the well-being of all parties. Companies who assess the behaviors of their employees are less likely to be impacted by reckless workplace losses. The supervision of employees also leads to better performance through feedback. The testing operation of staff is legal as long as the exercise's employees have written instructions and policies (Shepard, Duston & Russell, 2013). The purpose of this paper is to clarify why businesses should track their employees' activities.
TEAM-2: Giving the employees freedom is likely to improve their productivity as it provides them with a good environment for making decisions.
Freedom to employees conduct personal practices that adversely affect corporations' competitiveness instead of enhancing their performance. Often, they do not conduct business at work, such as browsing the Internet, using their cell phones and others. They do so. Such occupations also use the resources of businesses, including time and technology, to enable companies to stay competitive (Lehr & Middlebrooks 2015). They decrease the productivity of companies because resources are not properly used. It is possible that free workers abuse the wealth of the business and thereby high their productivity. There is also evidence that companies, without considerable independence to their staff, are less successful (Lehr & Middlebrooks, 2015). Companies should also shape inclusive organizational policies so that they can continually track employees' behaviors to maximize efficiency.
