Mostly those who have obesity are more prone to this disorder and lifestyle modifications are required to forestall the excess adiposity. The family history of high cholesterol is also a indicator, which should not be ignored by individuals and due prevention should be taken to keep oneself away form the disease. The role-played by medicines, exercise and eating habits is equal. It means each one of them is 33.33% important in the complete treatment.
Pattern: Nutrition and metabolism
In order to improve the metabolic need to reduce cholesterol it is required to take adequate supplies of nutrient so that tissue integrity, fluid balance and host defences can be enhanced to fight problems within the body.
