Introduction
The technology issues are the main issues that were faced by the organization. These are the issues, which can only be resolve by the IT department or by the C-level executives. Some of the common issues that a tech team is facing are the hurdles in the product focus, budgets, timelines and team dynamics. As mentioned by Chandra and Kumar (2018), the common technical issues faced by an organization are:
i. Information Security
The organization sometimes faced issues relating to data privacy, storage and management. Information security is mainly for protecting the data against the unauthorized use of information, especially for electronic media or the privacy of someone’s data.
ii. Cloud Computing
As informed by Bennett, Segerberg and Knupfer (2018), cloud computing mainly refers to the delivery of computing services and this include database, servers, software, networking, storage, intelligence and analytics. This can scale the organization needs change and help in lowering the cost of operating and an organization will only need to pay only for the cloud service that they will use. The cloud service also offers flexible resources, faster innovation and economies of scale.
