To be completed variously over the period Week 3 to Week 9 inclusive. Weighting: 30% Task Description Students will be assigned to groups of 3 by their campus based teacher to complete this assessment in a simulated management decision-making context.



The exercise will assess students' understanding and application of concepts covered in this unit on a topic chosen by the students in consultation with either their campus based teacher or for distance learning students the unit co-ordinator.


Cases with similar ethical dilemma or legal issue to the following recent examples may be considered as presentation topic
 1. Termination of CPA Australia CEO

2. Channel 7 sex scandal

3. AFL sex scandal

4. Sirtex insider trading

These examples are provided as a guide only and students may choose any case that highlights an issue raised in the course material to provide detail discussion from both legal and management perspectives.
