POLICY TITLE: ASSESSMENT POLICY & PROCEDURES
1. Policy Purpose:
1.1 The purpose of these policies is to guide all the learners about the perspective rules that need to be followed in terms of the assessment requirements and procedures
for all the qualifications and degrees that the college delivers.     
1.2 The policy has been formulated with the recognition of the standards formulated by the registered training authority and produces the guidelines for the college's assessment requirements and processes for all the qualifications and degrees in the scope of the registration.
1.3 The primary purpose of this policy is to specify the conditions that the learners need to meet that is set according to the national regulators and varies accordingly with respect to the training package. This is also relevant for guiding the students for meeting the qualifications and the unit of competency of the evidence requirements.
1.4 The college will apply this policy consistently to ensure appearance assessment across all the course programs and for all the learners. The policy also outlines the strategies and practices that ensure the consistency of the accredited course and enable the learners to meet the requirements of the modules in which they are enrolled.
1.5 This policy shall also provide ideas to the students about the assessment system that documents certain rules and has to be consistent.
2. Policy Statement:
2.1 The assessment judgments will be made consistently a strong base and the validation of the assessment requirements that will be evaluated according to the standards mentioned by the regulatory authorities.
2.2 The assessment system shall also include the materials that will be utilized exorbitantly in conducting the assessments and the supporting documents that meet the criteria for the conduct of the assessment and assessing those assessments.
2.3 The learner should be able to perform relevant assessments in a variety of situations that are to be monitored accurately in a simulated setting as mentioned under each of the competencies or modules.
2.4 The learner mask shows an effective understanding of what they are doing and why they are performing by effectively integrating the performances with understanding. This contemplates the adaptation of the different contexts and environments which is relevant for all the modules.
2.5 The college shall effectively consult with the industry and subject matter experts to strategize the development of the training and assessment strategies for the qualification and betterment of the learners.
2.6 The assessment instruments and tools that are relevant for each unit of competency and across all the departments will include written questions, projects, assignments, case studies, scenario analysis, third-party reports, and field reports for assessing the competency of the learners.
