The role of the police is to the safeguard of the public. It is the basic system of every country. The Army is at country’s border and the police for the protection of people in the country. As mentioned by Lumsden (2017), police misconduct is any ill treatment or illegal action taken by police in connection with the official duties. They are power corrupts in some nation.
Many camera, reports and footage also serve as a common way to detect the misbehavior of the police. The international associations of the chief of police (ICAP) have been several "code of ethics" documents distributed among law enforcement agencies. This agency is responsible for the ethical behavior of police. The agency conduct investigations and it is handling by a state-level independent agency staffed by experienced detectives to track the performance of the police.
