Blood smear preparation and staining help to determine the morphology, dimension, and quantity of varied types of blood cells.

It is one of the important protocols applied in biology that gives an input of additional information for clinical specialists for the diagnosis and treatment of various disorders.
Apart from this, blood smears help in the detection of blood parasites.
One of the important markers of microscopic hematological evaluation is the blood smear.
This can be done by preparing blood smear and staining.
Evaluation of blood smear is an economically feasible diagnostic tool for human beings that provides reliable information of most of the blood disorders (Al-Tahhan et al. 2019).
