So knowing where your strengths and challenges are both personally and professionally are key. You bring yourself to this work. The PI's job is to conduct research without bias, producing data that can stand alone on its own merits and be replicated by others. The PI is in charge of overseeing all aspects of the research project, fr
om its conception to its final report, as well as any partnerships that were formed ( ). Additionally, the Principal Investigator is accountable for coordinating with relevant employees across schools, departments, and central administration to ensure that all research is done in conformity with federal requirements and university and sponsoring agency rules and procedures (Cunningham et al,2015).

Executive-Level Administrative Procedures
Assists in ensuring that funded research and associated activities are conducted in conformity with federal rules and university and sponsoring agency policies and procedures by coordinating with school, department, and central administration staff (Adair, 2019).

All essential staff participating in the administration of sponsored programmes must have completed the necessary training in compliance with federal laws, as well as university and sponsoring agency rules and procedures.
