ecause it ensures that each and every individual gets their dose of vaccine and takes it seriously as it is related with their health conditions.
Two risk to people if not vaccinated includes the exposure to the disease and fall sick, like in the case of Covid pandemic now, people who are not vaccinated are in high risk of getting affected and go into complications and also spread the disease to others which would make it into a pandemic. Unvaccinated people can be a danger to both the people who are vaccinated and also to the entire population at large because they develop herd immunity for against the symptoms. These people may be the cause of risk to the entire population when different mutant variants...
