Think about a plan you need to develop for a team project or task (or one that you have recently developed and where one hasn't been developed, negotiate a team issue to be addressed with your Assessor as a basis for the plan)). Describe this plan. 2. Prepare a report for your manager explaining the planning and development implementation process that you went through to develop your plan. Draw up your report outlining the planning and development implementation cycle that you followed. Step 1: Defining the Purpose of the Plan
There are some positive sides to planning for Qantas, but there are also some negative sides along with it, which need to be mitigated. Some issues have occurred in Qantas in recent times. Stephen, who has been appointed as the innovation head of Qantas, is very dedicated and hardworking towards the company and is a good leader. Still, he is very much rigid to make a plan or adopt a proper strategy that initiates how the work process will be continued. This is a huge problem for Qantas because, without a proper strategy, it is impossible to do the work efficiently and smoothly for the other team members.
As Qantas is a large, diversified and traditional company and is a renowned brand and innovative traditional culture, the requirement to adopt a proper strategy for Qantas is so high. Though the main concentration is on adopting and implementing a proper strategy in the Qantas, looking into the functional area is needed (Ziervogel, 2019). There are different kinds of functions in the organisation like the HR function, finance and IT. However, the most important function is to have an efficient customer care service and to take all the important initiatives in this particular aspect. The two strategies, which can make the present condition of the Qantas better, will be described here.
