Leadership is one trait that is rarely found in people. It is an amalgamation o
f several personality traits, qualities, and skills that are implemented in different spheres, be it the workplace or in real life. Although leadership trait is inherent in people, it can be cultivated through effective practice.
Personality Traits
    There are a number of personality traits that are especially observed in leaders. They are as follows:
Kindness
Kindness is an extremely significant personality trait of leaders. The employees are more open to leaders who treat people with the utmost kindness. Being kind has a lot of impact on the way the employees behave with the leader, as they are able to be completely honest about their problems and share them with their leader.
Empathy
Leaders ought to have the quality of understanding of their employees. According to Baptiste (2018), if the leaders fail to understand and acknowledge the hardships and difficulties of the employees, it will lead to the creation of an unhealthy workspace in the organisation. The employees will indulge in lies and dishonesty, in order to escape different forms of retribution.
Openness
One important personality trait of the leaders of different spheres is their openness and communicability. Employees feel more comfortable with leaders who are open and honest about their decisions and so on. It is also essential that they accept such openness from the employees when it comes to giving feedback or informing their decisions to the leaders.
Engagement
    Leaders need to be productive. However, it is also important to engage with the employees in the organisation. The employees feel valued when their leader incorporates their views and perspectives for important tasks and decision-making. As a leader, he/she should engage with the employees in such a manner that they feel to be an important part of the organisation.
Emotional Stability
