There were three main ethical or moral issues that were shown in the statement of the commissioner. Below are the three moral issues that are highlighted from personal point of view:
Firstly, the commissioner failed to cite any relevant constitutional mandates toward a lawful arrest. It can be said that other than his statements in terms of the summary of what occurred, the commissioner must have emphasized the accused rights concerning the arrest that is lawful. However, in this scenario he did not cite a proper process in which a police may regard an arrest to be valid as well as how proper force can be executed for conducting the entire arrest process.
