Programming Assignment 1:Create an application that calculates and displays the amount of a homeowner's property tax. The tax is 1.35% of the property's assessed value, which the user will enter.

1. 
   Prepare a Planning Chart for the application.

   Sketch an appropriate interface. If you want to include an image in the interface, you can either use your image file or download an image file from the internet.
   


3. 
   Create a Windows Forms application. Use the following names for the project and solution: Tax Project and Tax Solution. Save the application on your Desktop. Change the appropriate properties of the form. Also, be sure to verify the name of the startup form.
   


4. 
   Use your Planning Chart as a guide when building the interface. Follow the GUI design guidelines summarized in Figures 2-22 (see the book).
   


5. 
   Code the Exit button. (You do not need to code the button that calculates and displays the tax.) Save the solution, and then start the application. Test the access keys, tab order, and Exit button, and then close the solution.
   


6. 
   Zip the solution folder: locate the Solution folder on your Desktop, right-click on the solution folder, click on "Send To," and then choose "Compressed (zipped) folder."
