By the virtue of this assignment, I will be researching about the cumulative impact of multiple leadership models on employees under different organizational circumstances. If any company wants to survive in this uncertain and volatile world then it is crucial to tap into the thread that connects leaders with employees and vice-versa. There is no denying of the fact that leadership plays a critical role in defining the success and growth of any organization. Along with the multiple models of leadership based on the situation best output can be harnessed for ensuring productivity of the business. Major aspect of my research is based on the interviews, focus-group discussions and questionnaires from the panelist involved in the process. Therefore, I would be strongly relying on qualitative research that focuses on establishing a strong thread among various variables involved in the process (Creswell. J. W., & Poth, C. N., 2017).
In order to provide merit to my research which would encompasses large volume of data that is being gathered, I would like to utilise MAXQDA for analysing the qulatitaive data generated from questionnaire and surveys while pursuing my research. MAXQDA is a strategic computer-assisted tool for qualitative data analysis. Essentially, I would be leveraging power of this tool to gain deep insights from the several interview transcript, documents, open text answers as well as submission.
