    The approach of modern business world has expanded from physical promotion of sales and marketing to the virtual world and the social media platforms have revolutionized this process (Ilavarasan, Kar & Gupta, 2018). In fact, social media gives access to a wide range of users that can globally view and participate in the process of promoting a particular product. However, there are pros and cons of using social media for business purposes.
