Though Facebook is beneficial is establishing business communication but it has also adverse features, which negatively influences the business communication. In this assignment, we will study about the adverse features of the Facebook, which negatively influences the business communication for the organizations. Analyze the Features of Facebook as a Business Communication Tool Facebook does not provide the opportunity to their users about content Id claim. Therefore, copyright infringement is massively done, for which business communication among organizations and their consumers are disrupted. As opined by Wagner (2018), some users create fake pages on the name of reputed organizations and start selling products. Users being unable to identify the fake pages avail products and services from those pages. The customers get counterfeit products from those fake pages and believe that the organizations whose names are used in the fake pages are fraud. The customers never avail products and services even from the authentic organizations assessing them frauds. This is how business communication is disrupted among the organizations and the customers. On the other hand, though the online reviews of the customers enhance the brand image of the organizations but it can also abate the brand image of the organizations, for which business communication fails. As stated by Saraiva (2020), Facebook can be utilized by the rival organizations, as they would pay money to individuals to post fake negative reviews regarding the products and services. Therefore, this would adversely affect the buying intentions of the customers and will defame the brand name of the organizations. Thus, the fake posts can abate the business communication among the organizations and their customers. Conclusion To conclude the feature of Facebook’s failure to provide customers content Id claim can adversely affect the business communication among the organizations and customers. In addition, the fake reviews from rival organizations can reduce the business communication among the companies and their target audience. References Saraiva, G. (2020).
