Several factors that Hoffman could include in forecasting weekly sales are marketing expenditure and the past performance of the economy. Budget allocated at each week, which will help to keep a track on the expenditure and profit through the weekly sales. As mentioned by Sohrabpour, Oghazi, Toorajipour and Nazarpour (2021), these factors can be controlled by incorporating artificial intelligence in the organization, which will help in simpler forecasting of the weekly sales.
Other factors such as considering the past sales and deciding on the present scheduling helps in the sales forecast. The seasonal demands and the economy inflation must also be considered by Hoffman for forecasting the weekly sales. These factors will also help to consider the number of assets required to be allocated at each sector of the café to increase sales.
