The team began performing well with strategy along with an oversight during the fourth phase thus establishing a fully developed group ready to accomplish the project goals. The team followed organizational discipline in order to keep the members intact. Any change led the team to the first phase of forming in order to adapt to change. The team further required continuous mentoring and shared skill sets. The team members learned from each other and mentored one another thus increasing the overall impact of the team.
