Create a contact management database for a service company. record each contact with contact type (email, phone, etc), contact purpose, contact person, contact person company, date of contact. Provide status of relationship from new to closed. Provide next step, type of contact, time frame. Use Workbench to, either, reverse engineer the ERD or use the ERD to forward engineer the database. Show the steps you undertake in screenshots with time stampes submitted in a single Word document. Be sure to the type of relationship between tables 1 to 1, 1 to many, many to many (recall that many to many relationships require a bridge table).
