    Question #1: What are the major roles and responsibilities of the desktop support engineer?
    Some of the major responsibilities as a desktop support engineer includes the following:
· Asking user tickets regarding software, hardware and also networking
· Walking consumers via computer peripherals and also applications
· Conducting remote troubleshooting
· Asking targeted questions for diagnosing issues
· Identifying and evaluating new technologies with the vendors that are already existing
Some of the main skills that I have for this job are problem-solving skills, communication skills and technology skills
    Question #2: What do you like most about your job?
    I have strongest technology skills and also I enjoy working as part of a team, so I considered perusing a career as a desktop support engineer. I love the fact that I can fix the security issues that impacts the business networks.
