The documentary “Weight of the nation” is very insightful as it
talks about obesity and its effects. More importantly kinds and younger adults are mostly affected by the same and about two thirds of the Americans suffer from obesity. Obesity is one of the most severe health issues and it can be considered as an endemic. The researchers and the professionals are finding out ways to help people maintain the right weight and have a good body mass ratio. For instance, the National Institute of Health spends a lot each year on studies related to obesity and research. The documentary also tells us that people who are obese also suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure and also have heart ailments. I also feel that food addictions are very much real for some individuals and regularly disregarded.
