Scope Overview
The scope for the project identified, that is, Renovation Project: Project to plan and implement complete renovation entails the planning, managing and implementing the renovations for this old farm house which has a vintage spanning a century in addition to the acreage which is in the rural area, as well as that these renovations will include hanging newer curtains, repairing of wooden shutters, shutter painting, hanging these shutters, repairing of wooden porches, porch painting, undertaking repair of wooden floors, sand floors, refinishing these floors, ceilings painting, doors painting, interior walls painting, exterior walls painting, washing of exterior windows as well as washing of interior windows. In terms of cost / schedule constraint, this project will be undertaken without exceeding allocated budget ($10,000) as well as the planned schedule (period spanning two weeks starting and a start date of 01st June).

· All of the personnel in the project team shall be required in exactly following their specific roles and be accountable for the list of tasks allocated to them
· In the instance of any conflicts between the personnel in the project team, project lead will possess complete discretion and authority for taking the final decision
· All of the personnel in the project team need to at all times work solely on the interest of project outcome and not personal interest.
Lessons Learned
· Comprehensive and suitable levels of planning for the project is very much essential to ensure the success of the project
