1.Perhaps most challenging, where might you have biases of favoritism toward others or toward your own group? How does this affect those who are different from you in interviewing practice?

2. End this self-examination with stories of strength and resilience that come from your life experience. What are you proud of? Build on what you can do, rather than what you can’t do.
