Six Sigma process is a set of skills, which are used in improvising the procedure. Six Sigma methods are used to advance the characteristics of the output of a procedure through recognizing and eradicating the causes of errors to establish accuracy in business procedures. Six sigma processes utilizes a set of methods of quality management, predominantly experimental, statistical methods, and makes an exceptional team of individuals within the organisation, who are proficient in these methods of quality monitor. Six Sigma process follows some specified steps in eradicating errors in the business procedures (Noori & Latifi, 2018). For instance, reduction of process duration, reduction of contamination, enhancement of consumer loyalty, increment benefits and diminish costs. The theory of six sigma states that constant efforts to attain fixed and predictable results of process. These results are very important in enhancing profit margin of the business. Establishing of business procedures have features, which can be defined, measured, analyzed, improved, and controlled. Six Sigma projects are incorporated with two methods such as DMAIC method and DMADV method. The DMAIC method of Six Sigma follows five steps such as Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. The step define is used to be vocal about the existence of problems in the business procedures. Data regarding the problems in business can be measured and determined by using the step measure. The reasons of the problems in business will be identified by the step analyze. This step is very essential for eradicating the problems. The step improve is used to solve the problems and improve the conditions. The step control is used in monitoring the changes in business procedures, which are made to eradicate the existing problems in the procedures. The DMADV method is used following five steps such as Define, Measure, Analyze, Design and Verify. The aim of the step define is to make plans in accordance with customers’ demand and organisational strategies. The motto of the step measure is to define the critical to quality metrics, capacity of production, capacity of production process and risks associated with production. The aim of the step analyze is to develop and design substitutes. The objective of the step design is to develop the substitutes, which will be best suited as per analysis in the step analyze. Verify is to design and implement the procedures of the production.
