Introduction
Dementia and fall management are frequently challenging aspects of elderly care. The numbers of patients having dementia are vulnerable to falls. This requires primary care settings to develop integrated frameworks of support and coordination with patients and their families (Iaboni et al, 2018). The following is the analysis of the evidence-based approach of training and inclusion of care services with supportive equipments with regard to manage the needs and expectations of the dementia patients with having high vulnerability of fall in primary care facility.

    Based on the general and specific scenarios of dementia and fall, it is noteworthy that weak functional operations serve as the primary source of fall in dementia patients. The patients having dementia are not skilled enough to approach the complications of daily life positively. This is also because of the weak functional ability at physical level.
