Tasks + Develop marketing strategies, in unison with the company objectives and the current market trend. Holistic marketing strategy that considers markup factors and implementation costs + Direct the selection process of the sales and marketing team. This includes people training and sales team engagement and rewards policy. + Initiate products and services’ pricing strategies, with consideration of price elasticity. + Collaborate with product development team and provide inputs on product design and packaging. + Conduct market research and recommend and discuss with management any proposed changes as a result of such study Technology Skills + Knowledge of company’s current accounting system: Intuit QuickBooks and Oracle PL / SQL + Adobe Acrobat + GSuite, Microsoft Office + Google AdWords, Marketo Marketing Automation + Presentation software – Powerpoint, Video Editors Knowledge + Strong communication skills, to include strong grasp of the English language. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage, but not a requirement. + Keen knowledge of key business and management concepts that will be used in leading the sales and marketing team. + Up to date with the latest media, communication and presentation tools. + Knowledge in providing sincere customer service + Basic accounting, legal and administrative processes is necessary.
