1. Charles Miller a 48 year old was shot outside of you Chinese restaurant when he was with his family. He went out to smoke when vector Luna for 27 year old thought that Miller was a police officer and shot him in the stomach at point blank and then runaway and hid in Motel. Miller was immediately hospitalized and it is an induced coma fighting for his life. Miller was at no fault as after the pandemic he went out his family for a dinner where he was mistaken for someone else and was shot. Public shootings always victimize the innocent people who are at no fault. People who are just at the wrong place at the wrong time become victim dislike Miller in the case above. Even though Miller was shot by Luna wanted to kill a police officer which itself is a crime, Miller was just victim of wrong decision.
