A.J. Jacobs’ The podcast’s host is known for experimenting on himself, trying out various habits and then chronicling how they affect him, for better or ill. This is the whole concept of this podcast, the adaptation. The purpose of this podcast was to investigate if thankfulness can truly make a person happy and this is what we have learnt through his journey. As a result, in his book, "Thanks a Thousand," which he discussed in the podcast, Jacobs’ describes his effort to thank everyone who had the tiniest role in preparing his morning coffee.
