The white paper could address a problem you are attempting to solve in the organization or to inform an external audience about a relevant trend. • a white paper promoting a new product or service to potential customers. This is an example of a white paper to an external audience, but it features different rhetorical considerations than the typical white paper written to an external audience does. Executive Summary
There have been no national regulations that mandate that companies accept cash. Furthermore, due to the present labor crisis and difficulties to recruit efficient personnel, the requirement for labor
and cash shortages, faster customer support turnaround, and accounting accuracy has increased. Integrating into a cashless system will reduce the problems that business and company owners now have. Employees and customers will be affected as well. A cashless system is one that exclusively accepts credit or debit cards. The cashless system shifts the interchange of coins and paper money from companies to consumers. This strategy would reduce crime since there is no tangible cash to deceive; tax evasion would be reduced since there is always an online trail of evidence; cost and time associated with dealing, storing, and accumulating bank notes would be reduced; and currency exchange would be easier while travelling overseas. Conventional payment methods such as cash and coins have been used in the past. Dollars and coins were scarce during COVID-19 epidemic. Despite the fact that the distribution of both types of currency is increasing, many companies remain cashless.
The current tendency is to perform a transaction in a fraction of a second. Citizens are choosing for self-payment checkout, currency apps, Apple Pay, or debit cards instead of standing in huge lineups to check out. Citizens have recognized the necessity to shift toward a more cashless society due to a lack of printed and metal currencies. Customers now have a variety of alternatives when it comes to the cashless economy. Why should we continue to queue at stores, deal with the inconvenient dealing of heavy coins and filthy banknotes, and risk accounting errors? These issues will be solved by implementing cashless payments for financial transactions.

Introduction
The cashless society is one in which all tangible money (currency, cheques, and coins) has been replaced entirely by electronic currency, which includes contactless payments. Customers have been less reliant on cash since the commencement of COVID-19, according to studies. Throughout a three-month period, the firm recorded a four percent decline in financial transactions. The Post Office is now examining the deployment of a cashless society in light of the spread of COVID-19 all across country. In this white paper, we will look at the existing payment methods used by the Canadian Postal Service and how eliminating cash transactions will benefit customers, staff, and the corporation as a whole. While cash transactions remain the most common means of payment, the advantages of a cashless system exceed the existing space for error, allow for faster transactions, and reduce money laundering.
